Wrong. Medusa was not cursed for being prettier. She was a priestess of Athena and was supposed to remain celibate. Poseidon saw her and wanted her. Medusa ran to Athena's temple and prayed for protection but Poseidon raped her anyways. Athena cursed her for breaking her vows and desecrating the temple. If you're gonna try and correct someone, check your "facts" rather than spreading stupidity.
